What's included in a furnished rental?

In addition to furniture and appliances, furnished rentals include all utilities, Internet access, cable TV, off-street parking, bed linens, towels, cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes, glasses, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave,
ironing board and start-up kit of paper supplies and basic cleaning supplies.
 

Can I choose the furniture for a furnished rental? 

Each apartment's furniture has been selected specifically to enhance the comfort and beauty of that apartment. We are always interested in our clients' feedback on furniture, but we are unable to replace furniture based on individual preferences.
 

What size are the apartments?

Each apartment is unique. Please refer to descriptions for specific layout and size. 
 

What about housekeeping or maid services?

For furnished rentals with stays of 30 days or longer, rent includes monthly cleaning. More frequent services or cleaning services for shorter stays can be arranged upon request at your expense. 
 

Are all utilities included?

Utilities are included in furnished rentals only. This includes heat and air conditioning, electric, water and sewer, as well as cable TV and Internet. Unfurnished rentals may include some utilities—please refer to descriptions for details.
 

What about Internet access and cable TV?

Furnished rentals include Internet access and TV.
 

What about air conditioning?

All rentals are fully air conditioned. Depending on the building, rentals have either window units or central air.
 

What about parking?

Furnished rentals include off-street parking for one vehicle per unit. Unfurnished rentals may vary—please refer to descriptions for details.
 

What about pets?

Pets are considered on an individual basis for specific rentals. Any rental agreement that permits a pet will include an additional deposit plus cleaning fee.
 

What about smoking?
 

All properties are entirely smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed on premises, including decks, parking lots and public spaces.
 

What forms of payment are OK?
 

You can pay by check or credit card. We don't currently accept wire transfers.
